💰 Deposits & Payments

• To book your install, we take a 50% deposit.

• Of that, 10% of the total job is non-refundable if you cancel.

• The rest is due on the day of installation.

🛠 What We Do

• We install Wi-Fi cameras and video doorbells.

• We’ll set them up, connect them to your app, and show you how to use them.

📅 Cancellations

• Need to reschedule? No problem if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll keep the 10% non-refundable deposit.

📶 What You Need

• A working Wi-Fi connection at your home.

• Access to the property at the agreed time.

• If you’re renting, make sure you’ve got the landlord’s okay.

🔒 What We’re Not Responsible For

• Wi-Fi issues or slow internet that affect your cameras.

• Break-ins, theft, or damage that happens even if cameras are installed.

• Problems with your phone, app, or notifications.

🔧 Warranties

• All cameras and doorbells come with the manufacturer’s warranty.

• We don’t provide extra warranties beyond installation.

🔐 Your Privacy

• We only use your details to do the job.

• We never share or sell your information.
