By booking an installation with Bass Coast Smart Cams, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
💰 Deposits & Payments

To book your install, we take a 50% deposit.

Of that, 10% of the total job is non-refundable if you cancel.

The rest is due on the day of installation.
🛠 What We Do

We install Wi-Fi cameras and video doorbells.
-
We’ll set them up, connect them to your app, and show you how to use them.
📅 Cancellations

Need to reschedule? No problem if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll keep the 10% non-refundable deposit.
📶 What You Need
-
A working Wi-Fi connection at your home.

Access to the property at the agreed time.

If you’re renting, make sure you’ve got the landlord’s okay.
🔒 What We’re Not Responsible For
-
Wi-Fi issues or slow internet that affect your cameras.

Break-ins, theft, or damage that happens even if cameras are installed.

Problems with your phone, app, or notifications.
🔧 Warranties

All cameras and doorbells come with the manufacturer’s warranty.

We don’t provide extra warranties beyond installation.
🔐 Your Privacy

We only use your details to do the job.

We never share or sell your information.
